Stephanie Silva - Office Manager

Stephanie has been with Promises Kept HHC since the beginning. She is well educated in office management and works closely with other departments. Stephanie monitors accounts receivable and makes sure all billing and payroll is completed on time. Stephanie works with caregivers that have any questions or issues with pay or payroll. Stephanie excels in her job and is always available to help those who need it.

Mayra Silva - Billing Manager

Mayra brings years of experience in the banking industry to help manage Promises Kept HHC billing process in a smooth, efficient manner. Mayra also helps other departments as needed. All staff is cross trained to make sure nothing is missed when it comes to customer service.

Joanna Hinojosa - Personal Care Services Director

She oversees members and caregivers. Her roll is very important as she makes sure members have quality service from their caregivers. Joanna makes sure all caregivers pass a background check. Joanna makes sure all members and caregivers are following the State and MCO mandated approved rules and regulations. Joanna is also cross trained to complete billing if needed.

Destiney Vergara - Member Eligibility Specialist

Destiney started with Promises Kept HHC in early 2024. She brings with her 7 years of customer service experience. Destiney also brings computer and office organization skills that enhance our processes. She functions in an efficient and professional manner for our clients.

Victoria Jaramillo - Office Administrator

She oversees the day to day workings of the office employees. Victoria has 20+ years of experience as a caregiver and has helped with the day to day operations of Promises Kept HHC since the beginning. Victoria Jaramillo is the wife of Promises Kept HHC Owner, Noah Jaramillo.

Polly Vicente - Home Visit Specialist

Polly does home visits with members in Alamo, New Mexico. She has 20+ years of experience as a caregiver and has lived in Alamo, New Mexico her whole. She is a kind and considerate person who loves her community.
